摘　　要：独立学院"95后"大学生的学习心理状态表现出功利化、独立性和被动性特征,其背后与他们自律性弱、青春期的迷茫、互联网时代的多元化特征、教育制度的"失范"、就业的巨大压力以及独立学院自身不完善等因素密不可分.因此,独立学院要重视"95后"大学生的主体作用,积极构建学生支持网络,利用规范验收的契机落实"应用型"人才培养目标.From the analyse of the post-1995 students'learning mentality in independent college,the article finds that their learning motivation and learning pressure are more influenced by external factors,they are not very anxious about their study while they enjoy themselves in the entertainment.They can think independently in learning strategies,but they don't do well in their learning plan.There are many subjective and objective factors affecting their learning mentality.In order to solve their problems in learning,the independent college should attach importance to the main role of students and actively build a support network,and implement the target of"application-oriented"talents training.
