摘　　要：随着共享经济向纵深发展,从道德和伦理的视角研究共享经济已经成为一种共识。构建共享经济的伦理基础,必须将其置于市场经济的宏观背景之下,强调技术创新在共享经济发展中的基础性地位,同时,要从共享经济的本质属性即“合作理性”出发,检视和维护共享经济持续健康发展的良好生态。需要认识到市场经济赖以生长的契约伦理、与技术创新协同并进的技术伦理,以及由合作理性催生的普世伦理,三者共同奠定了共享经济的伦理基础。With the development of sharing economy,a consensus to study this area from the perspective of morality and ethics has been recently reached.The construction of the ethical basis of sharing economy must be grounded within the macro background of market economy,attaching importance to fundamental position of technological innovation in the development of sharing economy,and observing and maintaining the favorable ecology of sustainable and healthy development of sharing economy according to its essential attribute,that is,the spirit of“rational cooperation”.It must be noticed that the sharing economy is ethically founded on the contractual ethics on which the market economy relies,the technical ethics which is coordinated with technological innovation,and the universal ethics produced by the rational cooperation.
