摘  要:作为科技创新队伍中最具活力的生力军,林业青年科技人才的成长,决定着林业科技人才队伍的未来,也决定着林业科技事业的持续发展。本文针对新时期我国林业青年科技人才培养的新动向,分析了当前林业青年科技人才在人才评价导向、人才资助强度和人才发展体系等方面面临的主要问题,并分别从遵循人才成长规律、坚持科学发展规律和集聚人才制度优势三个方面,提出了推进青年科技人才工作的对策建议。The development of early-career scientists-the most dynamic and creative components in scientific researchers-determines both the generational structure of forestry scientists and the sustainability of forestry scientific enterprise.Setting out from the up-to-date development momentum of early-career forestry scientists in China,this article explores the major challenges encountered by them in terms of orientation of performance evaluation,talent development grants,supportive personnel management,etc.It then proposes suggestive strategies in support of early-career scientist development from three aspects,including following the growth path to science excellence,sticking to the maturation approaches in scientific advancement and synthesizing the various advantageous talent development schemes.
