以“邪伏少阴”论治微小残留白血病

摘　　要：血癌经治,正盛邪衰,毒邪未尽,深伏骨髓、脑、睾丸,皆属少阴肾经,"伏火"与心之少火同气相求,火性炎上,伏于少阴心脉。少阴为伏毒巢穴,日久病邪滋生蔓延,又称为"宿根",应时而动,成为微小残留白血病(Microcytic Residual Leukemia, MRL)复发的根源。"正气存内,邪不可干",故应注重扶正祛邪,"邪伏少阴"理论为MRL的治疗提供新思路:防重于治,分期论治,调节体质。After the treatment of blood cancer,which is Zhengsheng Xieshuai(正盛邪衰)and Xiedu Weijin(毒邪未尽),Xiedu hidden deeply in Gusui(骨髓),brain and testicles,all belong to Shaoyin Shenjing(少阴肾经).Shaoyin is a nest of Fudu(伏毒).and it is also known as Sugen(宿根)of disease,which moves with time and becomes the source of recurrence of micro residual residual leukemia(MRL).Zhengqi Cunnei(正气存内),Xie Buke Gan(邪不可干).Therefore,we should pay attention to Fuzheng Quxie(扶正祛邪).The theory of Xiefu Shaoyin(邪伏少阴)provides new ideas for the treatment of MRL:prevention is more important than treatment,treatment by stages,and physical adjustment.
