摘 要:针对透明光通信器件传统手工对准耗时长、成品率低和一致性差等问题,通过研究透明光通信器件的自动装配要求,建立透明光通信器件的边缘模型和耦合模型,采用重叠积分法分析边缘误差对耦合损耗的影响,设计了一种基于数字图像的透明光通信器件边缘检测方案。实验结果表明:该方案能够很好地检测到复杂背景下透明光通信器件的边缘,且能够满足对准偏差的精度要求,为透明光通信器件全自动装配的智能对准系统研究提供支撑,具有重要的工程应用意义。Aiming at the problems of traditional manual alignment time-consuming,low yield and poor consistency of transparent optical communication devices,the edge model and coupling model of transparent optical communication devices are established by studying the automatic assembly requirements of transparent optical communication devices.The influence of edge error on coupling loss is analyzed by overlapping integral method,and an edge detection of transparent optical communication devices based on digital image is designed programme.The experimental results show that the scheme can detect the edge of transparent optical communication device in complex background well,and can meet the accuracy requirements of alignment deviation.It provides support for the research of intelligent alignment system of automatic assembly of transparent optical communication device,and has important engineering application significance.
