大国文化外交中的图书馆角色探析

摘　　要：近现代以来,图书馆在国际文化交流中发挥着越来越重要的作用,尤其是在冷战时期一度成为美苏两大阵营意识形态争夺的利器。图书馆已成为大国传播文化和塑造国家形象的外交工具,如何更有效地发挥海外中国文化中心图书馆的作用和积极参与海外国家建设中文图书馆,是我国图书馆界需要思考的重大课题。In modern history,library has been playing an increasingly important role in the international cultural communications,especially during the Cold War,library became an ideological weapon between the United States and the Soviet Union.Nowadays,library acts as a diplomatic tool for cultural dissemination and image creation of the country.How to more effectively play the role of overseas Chinese cultural center libraries and actively participate in the construction of Chinese libraries in overseas countries is a major issue in the Chinese library academia.
