摘  要:目的:了解低年资护士职业期望及情绪智力对跨专业合作学习准备度的影响,以期为临床护士开展跨专业合作学习提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取2019年10—12月温州市3所三级甲等医院的400名低年资护士作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查问卷、跨专业合作学习准备度量表、职业期望量表和临床低年资护士情绪智力量表进行调查。共发放问卷400份,回收400份,其中有效问卷386份,有效回收率为96.50%。结果:386名低年资护士跨专业合作学习准备度、职业期望、情绪智力总分分别为(78.49±11.62)、(98.71±13.69)、(59.34±8.79)分。低年资护士职业期望、情绪智力总分及各维度评分均与跨专业合作学习准备度评分呈正相关(P<0.05);不同年龄、性别、学历、工作年限、职称、父母所在地、对护理工作的喜欢程度的低年资护士跨专业合作学习准备度评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,职业期望、学历、情绪智力和父母所在地是低年资护士跨专业合作学习准备度的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:低年资护士跨专业合作学习准备度处于较高的水平。临床管理者应充分考虑到低年护士跨专业合作学习准备度的影响因素,在跨专业合作学习准备度较高的低年资护士中适当开展跨专业合作学习。Objective To explore the influence of occupation expectation and emotional intelligence on interprofessional cooperation learning readiness among junior nurses in Wenzhou so as to provide a basis for the development of interprofessional cooperation learning among clinical nurses.Methods From October to December 2019,this study selected 400 junior nurses at three ClassⅢGrade A hospitals in Wenzhou as subjects by convenience sampling.All of nurses were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire,Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale(RIPLS),Occupation Expectation Questionnaire and Clinical Junior Nurses Emotional Intelligence Scale.A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out and collected,386 valid questionnaires were collected with 96.50%for the valid recovery rate.Results Among 386 junior nurses,the total scores of the RIPLS,occupation expectation and emotional intelligence were(78.49±11.62),(98.71±13.69)and(59.34±8.79)respectively.Among junior nurses,the total score of occupation expectation,the total scores and dimension scores of emotional intelligence had positive correlations with the score of interprofessional cooperation learning readiness with statistical differences(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in the scores of interprofessional cooperation learning readiness among junior nurses with different ages,genders,education levels,working lives,positional titles,their parents'location,levels of like nursing working(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that the main influencing factors of interprofessional cooperation learning readiness of junior nurses were the occupation expectation,education levels,emotional intelligence and their parents'location with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Interprofessional cooperation learning readiness of junior nurses is in the high level.Clinical managers should fully consider the influencing factors of interprofessional cooperation learning readiness of junior nurses and develop the interprofessional cooperation learning a
