摘　　要：目的应用Microsoft出品的Excel 2007对临床检验专业教学中实验数据的进行初步统计。方法利用Excel的数据分析工具,进行临床检验专业中教学中产生实验数据常用统计方法和处理。结果实验数据统计包括频数表、统计描述、F检验、配对t检验、方差分析、相关系数与直线回归分析、四格表的χ2经验等,提供详细统计参数和图表,便于分析数据和判断结果。结论Excel统计功能强大,具有快捷、简便、准确、灵活性和扩充性;克服传统手工计算和绘图的繁琐,与精确性差的缺点;它能够满足临床检验专业教学对实验数据统计的基本要求,有广泛的教学应用空间。Objective To conduct preliminary statistics of experimental data in clinical laboratory teaching by using Excel 2007 produced by Microsoft.Methods Excel data analysis tool,carries on the clinical commonly used statistical method and test data processing.Results Excel data analysis tool,carries on the clinical commonly used statistical method and test data processing.Result data statistics,including frequency table,statistical description,F test,paired t-test,analysis of variance,correlation coefficient and linear regression analysis,four tableχ2 experience,etc.,provide detailed statistical parameters and graphs,to facilitate analysis of data and the results.Conclusions Excel statistical powerful,with a quick,simple,accurate,flexible and scalable;To overcome the traditional manual calculation and drawing tedious,and the poor accuracy;It can meet the basic requirements of clinical laboratory teaching on experimental data statistics and has a wide range of teaching applications.
