摘 要:本文采用高效液相色谱法对小麦中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的含量进行测定。将小麦样品进行研磨破碎后使用乙腈-水溶液(v∶v=80∶20)进行提取,随后使用免疫亲和柱对AFB1进行吸附并使用3 mL甲醇进行洗脱,上机检测。结果表明,在AFB1浓度为0.1~40.0 ng·mL^-1浓度时,呈线性关系,计算其回归方程为:y=101827x-32191,3个水平的加标回收率为91.8%~99.0%,标准偏差RSD<0.03。The content of aflatoxin B1(AFB1)in wheat was determined by HPLC.After the wheat samples were ground and broken,acetonitrile water solution(v∶v=80∶20)was used for extraction,and then AFB1 was adsorbed by immunoaffinity column and eluted by 3 ml methanol.The results showed that when the concentration of AFB1 was 0.1~40.0 ng·ml^-1,it was linear.The equation was y=101827x-32191,the recovery of three levels was 91.8%~99.0%,and the standard deviation was less than 0.03.
