摘 要:对于大容量电力电子系统,其可靠性分析既要考虑器件的微观物理机理,又要结合系统的宏观工作特性,宏观与微观的结合无疑会带来计算量与精确度的矛盾,从而影响了可靠性预测的准确性。针对这个问题,文中尝试基于多尺度的思想,以模块化多电平变流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)为研究对象,将现有的MMC可靠性研究从微观到宏观划分为器件级、电路级和系统级等3个尺度,系统梳理了各尺度的可靠性分析方法,并分析了不同尺度之间的相互影响。接着,总结了大容量电力电子系统多尺度可靠性分析方法,并以文中总结的内容为基础提出了不同尺度可靠性模型互联的思路。最后展望了MMC多尺度可靠性分析在未来的主要挑战。For large-capacity power electronic systems, the reliability analysis should not only consider the micro-physical mechanism of the device, but also combine the macro-operating characteristics of the system. Such combination of macro and micro will undoubtedly bring a contradiction between the amount and accuracy of calculation, thus affecting the accuracy of reliability prediction. To solve this problem, this paper takes Modular Multilevel Converter(MMC) as the research object and divides the existing reliability research into three scales from micro to macro, i.e. the device level, the circuit level and the system level, based on the multi-scale idea. Then this paper systematically clarifies the reliability analysis methods of each scale, and analyzes the interaction between different scales. Furthermore, the multi-scale reliability analysis methods of large-capacity power electronic system are summarized, and the interconnection of different scale reliability models is proposed based on the contents summarized in this paper. Finally, the main challenges of MMC multi-scale reliability analysis in the future are prospected.
