摘　　要：目的:探讨两种不同方法治疗乳牙外伤的疗效。方法:选取就诊于我院的40例乳前牙外伤患儿,随机分成研究组与对照组。研究组采用超强纤维带联合流动树脂法,对照组采用结扎丝“∞”字结扎法,观察2组患儿的治疗效果。结果:第2、3、4周时,比较研究组与对照组的牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)、菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、患牙松动度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用超强纤维带联合流动树脂治疗乳牙外伤的效果优于传统“∞”字结扎法。Objective:To summarize the effects of two different methods in treatment of primary dentition trauma.Methods:40 cases of trauma in primary anterior teeth were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In experimental group,super fiber band and flow resin were used to fix the tooth,while in control group,“∞”ligation was applied.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results:At the 2nd,3rd and 4th week,there were significant differences in gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)and tooth mobility between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Super fiber band and flow resin are better in the treatment of primary tooth trauma.
