摘　　要：精神疾病患者自杀风险高,其治疗性干预方法多样,主要包括心理治疗、物理治疗、药物治疗,但不同疗法具体的适应证、使用方法及疗效等尚存有争议。本文通过检索并整理国内外精神疾病患者自杀行为治疗性干预的相关文献,并进行归纳总结,旨在为精神疾病患者自杀防治提供借鉴。Mental illness patientshave a high risk of suicide.There are various therapeutic interventions including psychotherapy,physical therapy and medical treatment.However,there is controversy about indications,methods of application and curative effects of different interventions.This paper retrieved,arranged and summarized the literatures of suicide therapeutic intervention among mental illness patients at home and abroad so as to provide a reference for suicide prevention in mental illness patients.
