摘　　要：用核桃黑斑病主要感染菌Xanthomonas campestris接种健康的核桃苗,每隔5 d分别测定核桃叶片的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、相对电导率等生理指标的变化.结果表明接种Xanthomonas campestris后,CAT、SOD先升高后下降,都在第5 d达到最高值.可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸含量均高于对照组,相对电导率持续升高.The physiological and biochemical response of Juglans regia infected by Xanthomonas campestris were studied.The changes of the catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),soluble protein,proline(Pro),relative conductivity are measured every 5 days.The results show that the inoculation of pathology makethe activities of CAT and SOD increase at first and then decline with inoculation time,and that the peaks emerge at the 5th day.The soluble protein content and proline are higher than the control group.The relative conductivity continuously increase after inoculation.
