摘　　要：激发高校思想政治工作的内在动力,需要构建系统化的长效育人机制,形成全员、全过程、全方位育人格局。为此,绵阳师范学院通过持续推进课程思政党建引领,大力推进课程思政课程创新,统筹推进课程思政平台建设,有效推进课程思政宣讲模式,扎实推进课程思政实践改革,务实推进课程思政关爱工程,充分发挥党建育人功能、课程育人功能、科研育人功能、文化育人功能、实践育人功能和心理育人功能,深入挖掘“思政育人”要素,落实立德树人根本任务,取得了较大的成效。To stimulate the internal motivation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,it is necessary to build a systematic and long-term education mechanism to form an all-round and all-round education pattern.To this end,Mianyang Teachers'College continued to promote the"Curriculum Thinking"party building,vigorously promote the"Curriculum Thinking"curriculum innovation,overall promotion of the"Curriculum Thinking"platform construction,effectively promote the"Curriculum Thinking"promotion model,solidly promote Practicing the reform of"Curriculum Ideology",pragmatically promoting the"Curriculum Ideology"care project,giving full play to the party building education function,curriculum education function,scientific research education function,cultural education function,practical education function and psychological education function,in-depth Excavate the elements of"thinking about politics and educating people",and implement the fundamental task of setting up virtue.
