摘 要:本研究依据全国私营企业调查数据,考察了民营企业的政治联系如何影响企业环保投入,并比较了这种影响在十八大之前与在十八之后有何差异。本研究考察了民营企业三种类型的政治联系,结果显示企业主权力型政治身份(人大代表/政协委员)和企业在组织层面的政治联系(党组织)对民营企业环保投入有积极影响;随着十八大以来反腐败斗争加强以及新型亲清政商关系的逐步建立,前述积极影响在十八之后要比十八之前更大;企业主非权力型政治身份(中共党员)在十八大前后对民营企业环保投入均没有显著影响。本文揭示政治联系也是党和政府间接治理市场的重要渠道之一,不同政治联系对企业行为的影响机制和结果有别,政治联系的作用发挥受政商环境的影响。Drawing upon surveys of Chinese private enterprises,this study examines how the political connections of private enterprises influence corporate environmental investment behavior,and compares such influence before the Eighteenth National Congress of Chinese Communist Party(shibada)and aftermath.This study compares three types of political connections,and finds that the impact on corporate environmental investment behavior varies across political connections.Powerful political identity of the owners of private enterprises,namely,members of People’s Congress or members of People’s Political and Consultative Conference,and other political organizational links(organ of Chinese Communist Party)has significant positive effects on corporate environmental investment behavior.Moreover,with the strengthening of anti-corruption campaign and the gradual change toward the new“close and clean”government-business relationship,the aforementioned impact before the shibada is weaker than that in the aftermath.The results further show that non-powerful political identity(members of Chinese Communist Party)has no effect on corporate environmental investment behavior,and there is no significant change after shibada.
