摘 要:家校通APP是基于移动互联网技术、安装于智能终端、为家校沟通提供信息服务的应用系统。文章从市场格局、研发技术和功能设计三个方面对家校通APP进行了产品现状分析,指出家校通APP目前存在数据安全与共享、信息匮乏与过载、产品盈利与免费三大亟待解决的问题,并给出了区分定位、系统整合、应用融合、自律自净四个未来家校通APP产品研发的具体建议,以期为学校数字化校园建设决策者和教育APP的开发者提供一定的借鉴和参考。Family-school communication APP is an application system that is based on mobile Internet technology,installed on smart terminals and provides information services for family-school communication.This paper firstly analyzed the product status of the family-school communication APP from three aspects of market pattern,research technology and functional design.Then,it was pointed out that there were three major issues that needed to be resolved in the current family-school communication APP,including data security and sharing,lack of information and overload,product profitability and free.Finally,four specific suggestions of location differentiation,system integration,application integration,and self-discipline were given for the future product development of family-school APP,expecting to provide insight and reference for the decision makers of school’s digital campus construction and developers of educational APP.
