摘 要:以跨径为13 m的简支空心板桥、T梁桥为研究对象,采用ANSYS软件建立三维空间有限元模型,分析车辆轮载作用、铺装层混凝土强度等级、铺装层厚度、桥面板与铺装层间结合能力对铺装层应力分布的影响。结果表明:在车辆轮载作用下,铺装层内各应力最大值均出现在车辆车轮作用位置;随铺装层混凝土强度等级的提高或厚度的增加,铺装层内第一主应力、横桥向正应力、桥面板与铺装层间剪应力均明显降低;简支梁桥铺装层厚度为12~16 cm时,应力分布较均匀;桥面板与铺装层间完全滑移时的应力明显大于桥面板与铺装层间完全粘结状态时的应力,随着铺装层与桥面板间摩擦系数的增加,简支梁桥面铺装层主应力和桥面板与铺装层间剪应力呈明显下降趋势,且桥面板与铺装层间摩擦系数大于1.0时,铺装层应力分布较均匀。In order to study the stress change in simply supported beam bridge pavement,we took simply supported hollow slab and T-beam bridge with span of 13 m as the research object,and used ANSYS software to establish a three-dimensional spatial finite element model to study the effect of vehicle wheel loading,pavement concrete strength grade,pavement thickness and binding capacity between bridge deck and pavement layer on the stress distribution of pavement.Under the action of vehicle wheel load,the maximum values of each stress in the pavement appear in the position of vehicle wheel.As the concrete strength grade or thickness of the pavement increases,the first principal stress,transverse normal stress and shear stress between bridge deck and pavement layer in the pavement are obviously reduced.The stress distribution of simply supported girder bridge pavement is more uniform when its thickness is 12-16 cm.The stress of fully sliding state between the bridge deck and the pavement layer is obviously greater than that of the fully bonded state.As the friction coefficient between the pavement and the bridge deck increases,the main stress and the shear stress between bridge deck and pavement layer of the simply supported beam pavement decrease obviously,and when the friction coefficient between bridge deck and pavement layer is greater than 1.0,the stress distribution of the pavement layer is more uniform.
