摘　　要：扩散硅压力传感器是目前给排水行业普遍采用测量现场管网压力和水池、水箱水位的电气设备。一般情况下,安装在地下窨井、管廊、车间及露天等潮湿、雨淋甚至存在有害气体的环境,对传感器测量精度、稳定性及使用寿命造成很大影响。实际应用中,采取有效措施确保恶劣环境下传感器的测量精度、稳定性和寿命,具有重要意义。为解决扩散硅压力传感器现场使用出现的问题,本文介绍一种大气压平衡隔离装置,该装置能完全隔离现场有害和潮湿空气与测量元件的直接接触,有效提高扩散硅压力传感器测量稳定性和使用寿命。Diffusion silicon pressure sensor is an electrical equipment widely used in water supply and drainage industry to measure the pressure of field pipeline network and the water level of tank and water tank.Generally,when installed in underground baskets,pipeline galleries,workshops and open air,humidity,rain and even the presence of harmful gas environment,the sensor measurement accuracy,stability and service life have a great impact.In practical application,it is of great significance to take effective measures to ensure the measurement accuracy,stability and life of sensors in harsh environments.In order to solve the problems arising from the field use of diffused silicon pressure sensors,this paper introduces an atmospheric pressure balance isolation device,which can completely isolate the direct contact between harmful and humid air in the field and measuring elements,effectively improving the measuring stability and service life of diffused silicon pressure sensors.
