摘  要:针对集群式供应链物流效率评估效果差的这一现状,提出基于信息分析的评估系统设计。从实际情况、层次结构和功能三个角度分析实际拓扑布局,由此设计4层体系结构。其中,数据采集层是以C8051F0403型号芯片为核心处理芯片设计信息采集器,对实时运行数据进行自动采集;评估层是在RISC微处理器上设计评估装置,实现集群式供应链物流效率评估与分析;性能层内嵌设备综合效率计算设备,为系统提供基础运算功能;界面层可实现用户与系统的直接交互。依据评估过程构建评估指标,并建立评估模型,获取初始评估矩阵,计算熵权,确定系统物流效率风险概率,由此实现物流效率评估系统设计。由实验结果可知,该系统评估效果较好,为提高物流业务利润目标奠定基础。In view of the poor evaluation effect of logistics efficiency in cluster supply chain,an evaluation system design based on information analysis is proposed.The actual topological layout is analyzed in three aspects of actual situation,hierarchical structures and functions.A four⁃hierarchical architecture is designed accordingly.In the data acquisition layer,the information collector is designed to execute the real⁃time running data acquisition automatically,in which C8051F0403 chip is taken as the core processing chip.In the evaluation layer,the evaluation device is designed in RISC microprocessor to realize the logistics efficiency evaluation and analysis of the cluster supply chain.In the performance layer,the integrated efficiency calculation equipment is embedded to provide the basic operation function for the system.In the interface layer,the direct interaction between users and the system is proposed.According to the evaluation process,the evaluation index is constructed,the evaluation model is established,the initial evaluation matrix is obtained,the entropy weight is calculated,and the risk probability of logistics efficiency is determined.Thus the design of logistics efficiency evaluation system is realized.The experimental results show that the evaluation effect of the system is good,which lays a foundation for improving the profit of logistics business.
