河南省普通高校体育生社会兼职调查研究

摘　　要：当今社会正在高速发展,大学生就业问题一直是一个很热门的话题。大学生进行社会兼职,有利于增加社会经验,将所学知识转化为能力。本文通过文献资料法,问卷调查法,数理统计法等方法,从兼职的基本情况、兼职时间与兼职收入、兼职动机与兼职类型、兼职途径与兼职权益等方面,对河南省高校体育生社会兼职的现状进行了调查。目的是为了了解高校体育生参加社会兼职的现状,为高校对学生的教育和管理提供帮助,为体育生更好地进行社会兼职活动提供参考,帮助学生更好的融入社会,为解决大学生就业问题提供一些帮助。With the rapid development of modern society,the employment of college students has always been a hot topic.The involvement of social part-time jobs is conducive to increase social experience,and transfer knowledge into abilities.Through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the current situation,time duration,income,motivation,styles,approaches,as well as rights and interests.The purpose is to understand the current situation of college sport majors participating in social part-time jobs,provide helps for college students'education and management,offer references for spot majors to better carry out social part-time jobs,help students better integrated into society,and provide some help for solving the employment problem of college students.
