摘  要:基于博世LSU4.9型宽域氧传感器,设计出氧传感器工作温度控制的PID算法,以保证氧传感器正常工作,实时采集氧传感器的空燃比信号,输入到空燃比控制策略中,完成空燃比闭环控制。基于CJ125驱动芯片,通过SPI通信,完成对氧传感器的驱动。基于六缸大功率天然气发动机台架,完成氧传感器控制软件的标定试验,试验证明:软件能驱动氧传感器采集到信号,空燃比闭环控制能有效提高发动机的燃油经济性和动力性。Based on the Bosch's LSU4.9 wide-band oxygen sensor,the PID algorithm is designed to control the operating temperature of the oxygen sensor to ensure normal operation of the oxygen sensor.The air-fuel ratio signal of the oxygen sensor is collected in real time and input into the air-fuel ratio control algorithm to complete the air-fuel ratio closed-loop control.Based on the CJ125 driver chip,the drive for oxygen sensor is completed by SPI communication.Based on the six-cylinder heavy-duty natural gas engine,calibration test of the control software of oxygen sensor is completed.The test proves that the software can control the oxygen sensor to accurately collect the signals,and the air-fuel ratio closed-loop control can effectively improve the fuel economy and power performance of the engine.
