摘 要:针对农机因管理不善而出现故障影响农业生产效率的问题,提出并设计了一套用于实时监测农机工作状态的系统。通过CAN总线从农机ECU获取工作状态参数,通过4G通信模块以及TCP/IP协议完成数据的远距离传输,服务器端软件完成数据的接收与转发,并通过客户端软件接收和解析各农机的工作状态参数并实时显示出来。系统每隔500ms采集一次农机的状态参数以及位置信息,每隔1000ms将采集的状态和位置信息发送给监测端。测试表明,该系统能够完成农机工作状态的实时监测任务,可实现对64台农机设备同时监测,并且具有很好的实时性和稳定性。Aiming at the problem that agricultural machinery is affected by poor management and affecting agricultural production efficiency,a system for real-time monitoring of agricultural machinery working status is proposed and designed.The working state parameters are obtained from the agricultural machine ECU through the CAN bus,the long-distance transmission of data is completed by the 4G communication module and the TCP/IP protocol,the data is received and forwarded by the server software,and the working state of each agricultural machine is received and analyzed by the client software.The parameters are displayed in real time.The system collects the state parameters and position information of the agricultural machine every 500 ms,and sends the collected state and position information to the monitoring end every 1000 ms.Tests show that the system can complete the realtime monitoring task of agricultural machinery working status,and can realize simultaneous monitoring of 64 agricultural machinery equipment with good real-time and stability.
