摘 要:为解决工程实际中长久以来存在的难以获取准确的动力总成悬置疲劳载荷谱的问题,提出了一种简单易行的测试与解算方法。利用达朗贝尔原理,将动力总成测点的加速度转化为该点的惯性力,将车身固定后进行惯性力加载获取悬置点的约束反力。在ADAMS/Car中建立了详细的整车多体动力学模型,编制了3D虚拟试验场随机路面,分别以30km/h和50km/h车速进行了虚拟试验验证,从时域、频域、统计特征和雨流计数等方面对左右悬置点的载荷曲线进行了对比分析。结果证明,该方法具有较高的准确性。In engineering practice,it is very difficult to get the accurate fatigue load spectrum of powertrain mounting system.A simple and practicable test and modeling method is proposed to solve this problem.The acceleration at the measuring point of powertrain is converted to inertial force according to Alembert principle,the inertial force is added to the powertrain to obtain the constraining force of mounting system after the body is fixed.In order to verify the effectiveness of this method,a multi-body dynamic model of car is established by using ADAMS Car,a 3D virtual stochastic road is designed,the virtual verification is performed at 30 km/h and 50 km/h,the fatigue load spectrum of mounting system has been analyzed in time-frequency domain,statistical characteristics and rain-flow counting.The results show the high accuracy and reliability of this method.
