摘　　要：随着"一带一路"倡议的提出和"人类命运共同体"理念的广泛传播,我国亟需具有良好跨文化思辨能力和传播能力的外语传播人才参与全球沟通与治理。本研究主要依托外语教育领域的跨文化能力理论框架,讨论中国外语新闻传播人才跨文化能力的概念,并初步构建中国外语(国际)新闻传播人才跨文化能力量表。T检验、探索性及验证性因子分析的结果表明,量表具有较好的区分度、结构效度和合理的模型拟合度。本研究为测量外语新闻传播人才的跨文化能力提供了科学的测量体系,可为高级复合型外语人才的培养提供一定参考。Along with the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative and the wide acceptance of the idea of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind,China is in great need of foreign language(international)news communication talent(FLNCT)in global communication and governance.With a reference to IC literature mainly in foreign language education,this study discusses the definition of IC for FLNCT,and develops an IC scale for FLNCT in China.T-test,EFA and CFA have proved that the scale has satisfactory discrimination,structural validity and an acceptable model fit index.This study offers a scientific measurement for IC of FLNCT,and can serve as reference for the cultivation of integrated advanced talent of foreign languages.
