摘 要:为解决传统烟叶烘烤污染大、效率低、产品质量差、控制方式落后等一些列问题,根据烟草初烤的工艺特点和要求,开发研制了双能源烘烤系统。该设备以空气源热泵为主要热源、燃气为辅热,从供热系统、循环系统、智能控制三方面进行开发设计,在凉山地区成功的进行了烟叶初烤应用试验。试验显示使用双能源烘烤系统较煤炭密集式烤房,升温快、控温准、能耗低,烘烤出的烟叶色泽鲜亮均匀,烟香味浓厚香醇,烟叶内在品质也得到大幅度提升。In order to solve the problems of traditional tobacco baking equipment,such as high pollution,low efficiency,poor product quality,backward control mode and so on,a dual-energy baking system was developed according to the characteristics and requirements of tobacco baking.This equipment uses air source heat pump as the main heat source and gas as auxiliary heat.It is designed that it includes three systems:heating system,circulation system and intelligent control.The application test of tobacco initial curing was successfully carried out in Liangshan area.Compared with traditional coal-intensive baking system,the test shows that the dual-energy baking system has faster heating,accurate temperature control,and lower energy consumption.The tobacco leaves are bright and uniform in color,have a strong aroma,and the quality of the tobacco leaves has been greatly improved.
