摘 要:为了给棉花采后加工的减损、保护棉花纤维内在品质指标和改善棉花加工工艺提供一定的参考依据,本文提出基于多项棉花纤维品质指标构造棉花综合品质指标(CCVIL),并研究该指标在典型加工工艺流程中的变化。结果表明:当前典型加工工艺流程中第4道工序(提净式籽棉清理)、第6道工序(锯齿轧花)和第9道工序(锯齿式皮棉清理)分别导致CCVIL降低0.0921、0.1851、0.285。This paper studies the change of cotton quality in the standard saw ginning processes.A new comprehensive quality indicator of cotton called CCVIL(Comprehensive commercial value index of lint)is proposed according to the requirements of cotton fibers from textile mills and the market rules for cotton grading.The change pattern of CCVIL in the standard saw ginning processes has been studied,and the results indicated that the fourth process(saw seed cotton cleaning),the sixthprocess(saw ginning)and the 9 th process(saw lint cleaning)caused CCVIL decreasing by 0.0921,0.1851 and 0.285.The research results can not only guide the ginneries to improve the saw-gin processing technology,improve their economic benefits,but also lay a certain foundation for protecting the intrinsic quality of cotton fiber and decreasing the post-harvest losses of cotton in China.
