美多巴联合普拉克素治疗帕金森病患者的临床疗效及对生活质量和尿酸水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨美多巴联合普拉克素治疗帕金森病患者的临床疗效及对生活质量和尿酸水平的影响。方法选择我院100例2017年1月至2018年12月帕金森病患者。随机分组,美多巴治疗干预组采取美多巴治疗,美多巴联合普拉克素治疗干预组则采取美多巴+普拉克素治疗。比较两组帕金森病疗效;治疗后1周、2周、4周和8周的汉密尔顿抑郁评分;治疗前后患者生活质量和尿酸水平;不良作用。结果美多巴联合普拉克素治疗干预组有更高的疗效,P<0.05。治疗前美多巴治疗干预组、美多巴联合普拉克素治疗干预组生活质量和尿酸水平比较,P>0.05;治疗后美多巴联合普拉克素治疗干预组生活质量和尿酸水平变化幅度更大,P<0.05。美多巴联合普拉克素治疗干预组治疗后1周、2周、4周和8周的汉密尔顿抑郁评分和美多巴治疗干预组比较有优势,P<0.05。美多巴联合普拉克素治疗干预组和美多巴治疗干预组不良作用相似,P>0.05,结论美多巴+普拉克素治疗帕金森病效果好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined methyl-dopa and praloxone in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and its effect on quality of life and uric acid level.Methods 100 patients with Parkinson's disease in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.Randomly assigned,the madopa treatment intervention group was treated with madopa,and the madopa combined with prakrine treatment intervention group was treated with madopa+prakrine.To compare the curative effect of Parkinson's disease between two groups;Hamilton depression scores at 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment;Quality of life and uric acid level before and after treatment;Adverse effects.Results Medopa combined with praloxone had higher efficacy in the intervention group(P<0.05).Comparison of quality of life and uric acid level between the pre-treatment madopa treatment intervention group and the madopa combined with praloxone treatment intervention group(P>0.05);After treatment,the life quality and uric acid level in the treatment intervention group of mdopa combined with prakisin showed a larger change range,P<0.05.The Hamilton depression score at 1,2,4,and 8 weeks after treatment in the meddopa combined with pramoxin treatment intervention group had an advantage compared with the meddopa treatment intervention group(P<0.05).The adverse effects in the treatment intervention group of mdopa combined with pramoxacin and the treatment intervention group of mdopa were similar,P>0.05.Conclusion The effect of mdopa+pramoxacin in the treatment of Parkinson's disease is good.
