摘 要:以葡萄糖为原料进行疏水改性,采用液相色谱(HPLC-ELSD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和13C核磁(13C-NMR)对改性产物辛烯基琥珀酸葡萄糖酯(OSGE)进行结构表征,研究了OSGE的界面性质。实验表明,葡萄糖与辛烯基琥珀酸酐(OSA)发生了酯化反应,且随着OSA添加量的增加,糖酯含量也相应增加。OSGE的临界胶束浓度(cmc)0.20~1.05 g/L,最低表面张力27.018 mN/m,HLB值13~16,刺激性实验表明,OSGE的玉米醇溶蛋白溶解值小于0.008 g/L,优于烷基糖苷,说明其在温和日化产品中的开发具有潜在的应用前景。Glucose was modified by octenylsuccinic anhydride(OSA).The structure of octenylsuccinic glucose ester(OSGE)was characterized by liquid chromatography(HPLC-ELSD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(13C-NMR).The interface properties of OSGE were investigated.Results showed that glucose and OSA were esterified and the sugar ester content increased with the increase amount of OSA.The critical micelle concentration(cmc)of OSGE is 0.20~1.05 g/L,the minimum surface tension is 27.018 mN/m,and the HLB value is between 13 and 16.The results of stimulation experiment showed that the zein dissolution value of OSGE was less than 0.008 g/L,better than alkyl glycoside,which implied that OSGE has potential application in development of mild daily chemical products.
