摘　　要：目的探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)在C677T位的基因多态性与溃疡性结肠炎(UC)易感性的关系。方法计算机检索Embase、PubMed、EBM Reviews、Ovid、Springer、中国知网、万方数据库,搜索关于MTHFR基因多态性与UC易感性的相关研究,对纳入文献进行质量评价,提取有效数据,使用RevMan5.3和STATA 12.0软件进行meta分析,并用Begg′s漏斗图进行发表偏倚检测。结果共纳入12篇文献,病例组1 551例,对照组3 249例。各种遗传模型中,显性遗传模型[(CC+CT)vs.TT]中比值比(OR)=1.09,95%可信区间(95%CI)0.92~1.30;隐性遗传模型[(CT+TT)vs.CC]中OR=0.95,95%CI0.83~1.07;共显性遗传模型(CC vs.TT)中OR=1.12,95%CI 0.93~1.35;等位基因模型(C vs.T)中OR=1.05,95%CI 0.91~1.21。结论MTHFR C677T基因多态性与UC易感性无关。Objective To explore the relationship between methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)C667T gene polymorphism and susceptibility of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Databases of Embase,PubMed,EBM Reviews,Ovid,Springer,CNKI,Wanfang were searched by computer to search the relevant studies on MTHFR gene polymorphism and susceptibility of UC.Available data were extracted and quality of included studies were evaluated.Meta analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.3 and STATA 12.0.Begg′s funnel plot was used to assess the published bias of articles.Results A total of 12 literatures were included,including 1551 cases in the case group,and 3249 cases in the control group.In various genetic model,dominant genetic model[(CC+CT)vs.TT]:odds ratio(OR)=1.09,credibility interval(95%CI)0.92-1.30;recessive genetic model[(CT+TT)vs.CC]:OR=0.95,95%CI 0.83-1.07;codominant genetic model(CC vs.TT):OR=1.12,95%CI 0.93-1.35;allele genetic model(C vs.T):OR=1.05,95%CI 0.91-1.21.Conclusion MTHFR C677T gene polymorphism is not significantly related with UC.
