摘 要:为了解茶树新梢中稀土元素累积规律,选择微波消解-电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定不同季节、不同采摘期、不同嫩度茶树新梢稀土元素含量。结果表明:不同季节茶叶新梢稀土含量表现为春季>秋季>夏季,季节间差异显著;春季新梢稀土含量随采摘时间先降低后增加,夏秋季新梢稀土含量随采摘时间逐渐增加;鲜叶原料采摘越老,稀土含量越高,稀土含量与茶树新梢嫩度线性相关。In order to understand the accumulation rule of rare earth elements in tea shoots,microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the content of rare earth elements in tea shoots of different seasons,different picking periods and different tenderness.The results showed that the rare earth content of tea shoots in different seasons was spring>autumn>summer,with significant seasonal differences;the rare earth content of tea shoots decreased first and then increased with the picking time in spring,and increased gradually with the picking time in summer and autumn;the older the fresh leaves were picked,the higher the rare earth content,and the rare earth content was linearly related to the tenderness of tea shoots.
