我国茉莉花茶生产空间变迁特征研究

摘　　要：本文基于1949—2017年我国茉莉花茶主产区生产面板数据,运用GIS技术和空间重心统计模型梳理我国茉莉花茶将近70年的生产空间布局变迁特征,并简要分析其驱动因素。结果表明:我国茉莉花茶各主产区生产空间变迁差异明显,发展特征不一。从各主产区对全国茉莉花茶生产的贡献度来看,福建福州属于收缩型,广西横县为扩张型,四川犍为属稳定型,云南元江则为波动型;我国茉莉花茶生产的重心已由东南向西南转移,产量的重心移动速度快于茉莉花种植基地的重心移动速度,且整体变迁幅度十分显著;我国茉莉花茶生产空间布局变迁的特征主要受自然资源禀赋、经济社会发展、政策支持等因素的综合影响。Based on the production panel data of China's main production areas of jasmine tea from 1949 to 2017,this paper used GIS technology and the statistical model of spatial gravity center to sort out the characteristics of production spatial layout changes of jasmine tea in China for nearly 70 years,and briefly analyzed its driving factors.The results show that the production space changes of jasmine tea in China’s main production areas are obviously different,and the development characteristics are also different.According to the contribution of the main production areas to the production of jasmine tea in China,Fuzhou in Fujian province belongs to a shrinking type,Hengxian in Guangxi province belongs to an expanding type,Jianwei in Sichuan province is a stable type,and Yuanjiang in Yunnan province is a fluctuating type.The gravity center of jasmine tea production in China has shifted from southeast to southwest,and the gravity center movement speed of yield of jasmine tea moves faster than that of jasmine planting base,and the overall change range is very obvious.The characteristics of spatial distribution change of jasmine tea production in China are mainly influenced by natural resource endowment,economic and social development,policy support and other factors.
