摘　　要：南宋茶肆注重经营艺术,在丰富的茶与茶饮文化之中形成了独特的茶肆陈设设计形式。本文通过对宋代史料中关于南宋茶肆陈设的相关资料进行整理和分析,从装饰主题、备茶空间、饮茶空间三个方面探讨了南宋茶肆的陈设设计,以期为现代茶饮空间的陈设设计提供借鉴。Teahouses in the Southern Song Dynasty paid attention to the art of management,and formed a unique design form of teahouse display in the rich tea and tea drinking culture.Through sorting out and analyzing the relevant materials of teahouse display in the Southern Song Dynasty in the historical materials of the Song Dynasty,this paper studies the display design of teahouses in the Southern Song Dynasty from three aspects:decoration theme,tea preparation space and tea drinking space,in order to provide reference for the display design of modern tea drinking space.
