摘  要:CRISPR/Cas9作为一种新兴的基因编辑技术,在作物育种中具有广阔的应用潜力,为油料作物如油菜(Brassica napus)、大豆(Glycine max)、花生(Arachis hypogaea)、芝麻(Sesamum indicum)等的基因功能和遗传改良研究提供了新的工具。当前,用该技术对油料作物的产量、品质相关性状基因定点编辑,获得了一系列的突变种质资源。此外,该技术也广泛应用于油料作物功能基因组研究中。本文对CRISPR/Cas9系统的转化方式、产生突变的检测方法及其在油料作物中的应用进行了总结,讨论了存在的相关问题,并对该技术在油料作物中的应用前景进行了展望,以期为相关应用研究提供参考。CRISPR/Cas9 system is an emerging gene-editing technology with great potential in crop breeding, providing a new tool for studying gene function and genetic improvement of oil crops, such as Brassica napus, Glycine max, Arachis hypogaea, Sesamum indicum, etc. At present, CRISPR/Cas9 system is mainly used in fixed-point editing of yield and quality-related traits in oil crops, and a series of mutant accessions were obtained. In addition, this system is widely used for functional genome research. This review summarizes the delivery patterns, mutation detection and application of CRISPR/Cas9 system in oil crops, discusses the existing problems, and prospects for future applications in this field, providing references for relative studies.
