摘  要:为解决高等院校创新设计人才培养面临的主要问题,研究结合了理论课程的教学经验及产学研实践项目的成果,总结出涵盖自我视点的整理、设计问题的探究、五感感知能力的提升的三个认知层面,及参与观察法、聚散思维分析法、交流协作法的三个实践方法层面的培养要点。创新设计人才在认知层面和实践方法层面的能力培养及提升,有助于拓宽其对跨界知识的交叉运用、对资源的有效整合,从而提高产品和服务的创新设计效能。In order to solve the main problems which innovative design talents in colleges and universities are facing,this paper combined with the teaching experience of theoretical courses and the results of the Industry-UniversityResearch practice projects,then summarized the three cognitive levels including the arrangement of selfviewpoint,the exploration of design problems,and the improvement of the perception,along with the three training points of participant observation,divergent thinking analysis and communication and cooperation at the practical level.By training and improving the capability of innovative design talents at the cognitive and practical level,it will contribute to broaden the cross-sectional use of knowledge,the effective integration of resources and the innovative design effectiveness of product and service.
