摘 要:为研究G1503上海同三段不同类型连续配筋复合式路面结构在标准轴载及不同沥青层厚度下受荷响应特征及力学指标变化规律,进行了大量有限元三维仿真建模分析。研究结果表明,标准轴载作用下连续配筋复合式路面各力学指标明显优于半刚性基层沥青路面;底基层强度及路基处治差异会对路表最大弯沉及沥青层层底拉应力产生明显影响,但沥青层与连续配筋混凝土层的层间剪切力受其影响较小;各项力学指标均受沥青层厚度影响显著,说明对于连续配筋复合式路面结构将沥青层控制在合理范围可有效避免车辙、层间滑移等病害的发生。研究工作可为该种路面结构设计、应用及后续养护维修工作提供数据支撑和理论基础。A large number of finite element three-dimensional simulation models were carried out to study the characteristics of the load response and the change of mechanical indexes of the G1503 composite pavement structure with different types of continuous reinforcement in the same three sections of shanghai under standard axial load and different asphalt layer thickness.The results showed that the mechanical indexes of continuous reinforced composite pavement structure are obviously better than those of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement under standard axial load,and the strength of subbase and the difference of subgrade treatment have obvious influence on the maximum deflection of pavement surface and the tensile stress at the bottom of asphalt layer,but the interlaminar shear force between asphalt layer and continuous reinforced concrete layer is less affected.All the mechanical indexes are significantly affected by the thickness of asphalt surface,which indicates that controlling the asphalt surface layer in the reasonable thickness range can effectively avoid the occurrence of rut,interlayer slip and other diseases for the continuous reinforced composite pavement structure.The research work could provide data support and theoretical basis for the design,application and subsequent maintenance of this kind of pavement structure.
