摘　　要：本文介绍了京唐港某专业化集装箱起重机钢轨在长期重载和高速运行的工况下,部分配件损坏,导致钢轨沉降量较大,影响集装箱起重机运行,通过原因分析并采取相应的维修措施,解决了钢轨沉降问题,对类似工程设计提供参考意义。In Jingtang port,long-term heavy load and high-speed operation damaged the rail parts of a specialized container crane,which caused the rail settlement to a high extent and affected the use of container crane.The analysis of causes led to the maintenance measures,which prevented settlement from the rail,and provided a reference for similar engineering design.
