网络境遇下大学生就业观的负面化倾向及高校矫正路径

摘　　要：就业观决定着大学生的就业方向和职业选择,对他们未来的人生道路会产生重要的影响。在网络境遇下,由于网络信息内容的良莠不齐,让大学生陷入选择的困境,部分大学生的就业观出现了自负化、功利化、低俗化、从众化倾向。作为就业观培育的主体,高校应帮助大学生客观认识就业形势、科学制定职业规划、逐步树立奋斗目标、有序提高网络素养,使大学生能自觉抵制网络不良、不实、不法信息的影响,以积极向上的就业观投入到就业浪潮之中,为中国特色社会主义事业奉献智慧与才干。The view of employment determines the employment direction and career choice of college students,which has an important impact on their future life.Under the circumstances of the network,due to the intermingled good and bad contents of the network information,college students are caught in the dilemma of choice,and some college students′view of employment tend to become self-conceited,utilitarian,vulgar,and conformed.As the main body of the cultivation of employment view,colleges and universities should help college students to understand the employment situation objectively,make career planning scientifically,set up their goals gradually,and improve their network literacy orderly,so that college students can consciously resist the influence of bad,untrue and illegal information on the network,and put the positive employment view into the employment wave,contributing wisdom and talent to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
