摘 要:基于简单有机郎肯循环,依据低温核反应堆温度及功率特性,构建了带有回热器的有机郎肯循环系统,研究了循环系统性能并对混合工质浓度、透平进口压力、冷却水温度三个关键参数进行分析,采用GA优化算法对三个关键参数进行优化得到循环系统最佳性能参数.结果表明:回热器可以大幅提升循环系统热效率;循环系统热效率与透平进口温度正相关,与冷却水温度负相关;GA优化结果显示R152a/R601a和R601a/R290两种混合工质较高热效率,分别达到23.58%和23.77%.The Organic Rankine cycle(ORC)system with regenerator model based on simple ORC system is established.The system performance as well as three key parameters including mixture concentration,turbine inlet pressure and cooling water temperature are analyzed in detail.In order to get highest thermal efficiency,the mentioned parameters is optimized by GA.The results show that system performance is improved with the regenerator and it is positively with turbine inlet pressure,whereas negatively with cooling water temperature.The optimization results show that ORC system using R152a/R600a and R601a/R290 as working fluid has high thermal efficiency of 23.25%and 23.77%,respectively.
