摘 要:目的研究琉璃草根水提物的抑菌和止血作用。方法采用琼脂平板打孔法观察抑菌活性;采用琼脂稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC);采用剪尾法测定小鼠出血时间(BT);采用玻片法测定小鼠凝血时间(CT);采用全自动血细胞分析仪进行血小板计数(PLT)。结果抑菌实验:1.00、0.50、0.25 g/mL浓度水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌和表面葡萄球菌有较好的抑菌作用,其MIC值分别为7.81、3.91 mg/mL,对大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌、沙门菌、鲍曼不动杆菌不具有抑菌活性;止血实验:与对照组相比,20 g/kg·d和10 g/kg·d剂量时,均能较好地缩短小鼠BT、CT并显著提高血小板数量(P<0.05或P<0.01);5g/kg·d剂量时,能较好地缩短小鼠CT和提高血小板数量(P<0.05或P<0.01),但小鼠BT与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论琉璃草根水提物具有较好的止血和抑菌作用。Objective To study the antibacterial and hemostatic effects of aqueous extract of roots of Cynoglossum furcatum Wall.Methods Agar plate punching method was applied to observe the antibacterial activity.Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)was determined by agar dilution method.Measurement of bleeding time(BT)in mice was determined by tail cutting method.Clotting time(CT)in mice was measured by slide method.Platelet count(PLT)was performed by a full-automatic blood cell analyzer.Results The aqueous extracted at concentrations of 1.00,0.50 and 0.25 g/mL had ideal antibacterial effects on S.aureus and S.epidermidis,with MIC values of 7.81 and 3.91 mg/mL,respectively,and had no antibacterial activities against E.coli,P.aeruginosa,E.cloacae,Salmonella and A.baumannii.Hemostasis experiment:compared with the control group,both 20 g/kg·d and 10 g/kg·d doses could significantly shorten BT and CT of mice and significantly promote the number of platelets(p<0.05 or P<0.01).Applying 5 g/kg·d dose can significantly shorten the CT of mice,meanwhile,increase the number of platelets(p<0.05 or P<0.01).But there was no statistical difference between BT of mice and the control group(p>0.05).Conclusions Aqueous extract of roots of Cynoglossum furcatum Wall has ideal hemostasis and antibacterial action.
