摘　　要：针对地方高校二级学院大型仪器共享与管理上存在的设备分散管理、共享率低、技术管理人员配备不足、操作人员水平参差不齐等主要问题,以"十三五"省级重点建设实验教学示范中心-绍兴文理学院化学实验教学中心为例,从完善制度、整合资源、发展队伍、实践教学创新等几个方面对实验中心的大型仪器共享与管理进行了探索与实践,为教学科研、人才培养、学院发展提供了有力保障。According to the major problems on the sharing and management of large-scale instruments in the second-level colleges of local universities,such as the scattered equipment management,low sharing efficiency,insufficient technical management personnel,and the uneven operation level of users,etc.,taking“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”Provincial Key Construction Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center-Chemistry Experimental Teaching Center of Shaoxing University as an example,the sharing and management of large-scale instruments in the experimental center were explored and practiced from several aspects,such as perfecting the system,integrating resources,developing and strengthening laboratory technical teams,teaching innovation in practice.And it provides a strong guarantee for teaching and scientific research,talent training,and college development.
