手术一期切除在治疗结肠癌导致急性肠梗阻患者中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究对结肠癌导致的急性肠梗阻患者实施手术一期切除的临床效果。方法随机抽取我院具体时段内的急性肠梗阻患者55例展开研究,照治疗模式不同分为对照(分期)和观察组(一期)。对比分析临床指标、实验室指标、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果观察组手术时间(166.33±2.56)min,术中出血量(155.26±6.23)mL,术后肛门排气时间(3.26±0.25)d,临床指标明显较对照组低,P<0.05。治疗后观察组HCO2(23.56±2.45)mmol/L,血清K+(4.00±0.45)mmol/L,CRP(8.59±0.45)mg/L,D-D(112.33±6.12)μg/L,实验室各指标明显较对照组好,P<0.05。观察组并发症7.6%,对照组31.0%;P<0.05。观察组生活质量个评分明显较对照组高,P<0.05。结论对结肠癌导致的急性肠梗阻患者实施手术一期切除疗效显著,可推广借鉴。Objective To study the clinical effect of primary resection of acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer.Methods 55 patients with acute intestinal obstruction were randomly selected during the specifi c period of time in our hospital.According to different treatment patterns,they were divided into control(staging)and observation group(one phase).Comparative analysis of clinical indicators,laboratory indicators,incidence of complications and quality of life.Results The time of operation(166.33±2.56)min,intraoperative hemorrhage(155.26±6.23)ML,postoperative anal exhaust time(3.26±0.25)d,the clinical index was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Post-treatment observation group HCO2(23.56±2.45)mmol/L,serum K+(4.00±0.45)mmol/L,CRP(8.59±0.45)mg/L,D-D(112.33±6.12)μg/L,The laboratory indexes were obviously better than the control group,P<0.05.Complications in observation group 7.6%and control group 31.0%;P<0.05.The quality of life score of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The fi rst stage resection of acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer is effective and can be widely used for reference.
