两种根充方法治疗牙隐裂引起牙髓炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对比分析在为牙隐裂引起的牙髓炎患者实施治疗的过程中两种根充方法的临床疗效。方法本次实验研究的对象为2016年3年至2018年3月在我院接受牙隐裂引起牙髓炎治疗的患者118例,按照患者入院序号单双数的不同将其分为两组,给予传统多次根充方法治疗的59例患者作为多次组,给予一次性根充方法治疗的59例患者作为一次组,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果一次组患者治疗总有效率、成功率明显高于多次组患者(P<0.05);在治疗不良反应发生率、复发率以及术后疼痛严重程度的比较上,一次组患者明显低于多次组患者(P<0.05)。结论在为牙隐裂引起的牙髓炎患者提供治疗服务的过程中,一次性根充的临床疗效显著优于多次根充,提高了治疗的成功率,减少了不良反应与复发情况的出现,同时也降低了患者的术后疼痛严重程度,效果理想且安全性高,因此,可以将一次性根充作为牙隐裂引起牙周炎患者的理想治疗方法进行广泛的临床推广以及运用。Objective To compare the clinical effi cacy of two root fi lling methods in the treatment of pulpitis caused by cleft teeth.Methods 118 patients with pulpitis caused by cleft teeth were divided into two groups according to the number of patients who were admitted to hospital from 3 years to 18 months in 2016 to March 2018,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the number of the patients in the hospital,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the number of patients in the hospital.The clinical results of 59 patients treated with traditional root fi lling method and 59 patients treated with one-time root fi lling method were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate and success rate of one-time group were signifi cantly higher than those of multiple group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate and postoperative pain severity were signifi cantly lower in one-time group than in multiple group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of providing treatment service for the patients with pulpitis caused by cleft teeth,the clinical effect of one-time root fi lling is signifi cantly better than that of multiple root fi lling,which improves the success rate of treatment and reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence.At the same time,it also reduces the degree of postoperative pain,the effect is ideal and the safety is high.Therefore,one-time root fi lling can be widely used as an ideal treatment for periodontitis caused by tooth fi ssure.
