利培酮口服液治疗儿童孤独症的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析利培酮口服液在治疗儿童孤独症过程中的临床疗效与安全性。方法本次实验研究将2017年10月至2018年10月在我院接受儿童孤独症治疗的患儿45例作为实验研究的对象,所有患儿均给予利培酮口服液治疗,对其治疗前和治疗后不同时间点孤独症治疗效果、不良反应情况以及总临床疗效进行分析比较。结果患儿治疗后不同时间点孤独症治疗效果各项内容中除社交项评分外,其余项目与治疗前相比均有显著改善(P<0.05);随着患儿治疗时间的延长,其不良反应情况有所减轻(P<0.05);在患儿治疗后不同时间段总临床疗效有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论在为儿童孤独症患儿实施治疗服务的过程中利培酮口服液的运用不仅仅可以提高临床治疗的有效性和质量,有效的改善患儿的孤独症症状,同时也减少了各种不良反应对患儿治疗和身体造成的影响与伤害,具有理想的治疗效果以及安全性,值得予以广泛的临床推广以及运用。Objective To analyze the clinical effi cacy and safety of risperidone oral liquid in the treatment of childhood autism.Methods Forty-fi ve children with autistic children in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were taken as the subjects of the experimental study.All the children were treated with risperidone oral liquid.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and total clinical effi cacy of autism before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results Except for the score of social items,the other items were signifi cantly improved(P<0.05)in the treatment effect of autistic children at different time points after treatment(P<0.05),but the scores of social items were signifi cantly improved(P<0.05),but the scores of social items were signifi cantly improved(P<0.05).With the prolongation of treatment time,the adverse reactions were alleviated(P<0.05),and the total clinical effi cacy was significantly improved at different time points after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of risperidone oral liquid can not only improve the effectiveness and quality of clinical treatment,but also effectively improve the symptoms of autism in children with autism.At the same time,it also reduces the infl uence and injury of various adverse reactions on the treatment and body of children,and has ideal therapeutic effect and safety,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
