阿加曲班联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死合并下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究对于治疗急性脑梗死合并下肢深静脉血栓的患者安排实施阿加曲班联合氯吡格雷治疗的临床应用价值。方法随机选取2016年1月10日至2019年1月10日在我院接受治疗的160例患有急性脑梗死合并下肢深静脉血栓的患者担任本次研究目标。通过抛硬币的方法选出对一号组80例患者和二号组80例患者。两组患者均安排硫酸氢氯吡格雷片进行口服,之后对一号组患者实施注射低分子量肝素钙,对二号组患者实施阿加曲班注射液静脉滴注操作,观察两组患者治疗后的临床治疗效果。结果一号组患者的临床治疗有效人数有60例,临床治疗有效率为75%,二号组患者的临床治疗有效人数有77例,临床治疗有效率为96%,(P<0.05)组间数据差异具有统计学意义。结论对于治疗急性脑梗死合并下肢深静脉血栓的患者安排实施阿加曲班联合氯吡格雷治疗具有良好的临床治疗效果,能够有效提高患者的临床治疗有效率,对患者的康复有益,具有显著的推广应用价值。Objective To study the treatment of acute cerebral infarction merger of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients scheduled for aga music class the clinical value of combined therapy with clopidogrel.Methods In January 2018 randomly selected 10 solstice 2019 treated in our hospital during the period of January 10,160 patients with acute cerebral infarction merger of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients as the research target.Selected by the method of fl ip a coin to one group of 80 patients and no.280 patients.Two groups of patients were arranged to oral clopidogrel bisulfate tablet,for one group of patients after injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium,in 2 patients,injection intravenous drip music class operation,observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients after treatment.Results One group of patients with the clinical effective number of 60 people,the clinical effective rate was 75%,2 patients clinical effective number 77,the clinical effective rate was 96%,(P<0.05)between group differences statistically signifi cant data.Conclusion For the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis arrange,song class with clopidogrel therapy has good clinical effect,can effectively improve the clinical treatment of patients with effi cient,benefi cial to the patient's rehabilitation,has signifi cant application value.
