吉西他滨联合铂类药物治疗转移性三阴乳腺癌的分析

摘　　要：目的分析吉西他滨联合铂类药物治疗转移性三阴乳腺癌(TNBC)的效果。方法选择我院于2016年4月至2018年7收治的133例转移性三阴乳腺癌患者为研究对象。依据化疗方法的异同分成顺铂组(44例)、卡铂组(44例)、奈达铂组(45例)。三组TNBC患者均在接受吉西他滨化疗基础上,配合顺铂、卡铂及奈达铂这三种铂类药物共同控制病情。结果顺铂组总有效率29.55%,卡铂组25.00%,奈达铂组31.11%,差异不显著;顺铂组15例呕吐,19例白细胞或中性粒细胞减少症,18例贫血;卡铂组14例呕吐,20例白细胞或中性粒细胞减少症,19例贫血;奈达铂组16例呕吐,22例白细胞或中性粒细胞减少症,18例贫血,三组不良反应率差异不显著。结论吉西他滨联合铂类药物治疗转移性三阴乳腺癌,疗效及安全性均尚可,顺铂、卡铂、奈达铂与吉西他滨联用疗效及安全性差异不大,均可用于转移性三阴乳腺癌的肿瘤抑制中。Objective To analyze the effect of gemcitabine combined with platinum drugs in the treatment of metastatic triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods A total of 133 patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer admitted to our hospital from April to May 20,2016 were enrolled.According to the similarities and differences of chemotherapy methods,it was divided into cisplatin group(44 cases),carboplatin group(44 cases)and nedaplatin group(45 cases).Three groups of TNBC patients were treated with gemcitabine chemotherapy combined with cisplatin,carboplatin and nedaplatin to control the disease.Results The total effective rate was 29.55%in the cisplatin group,25.00%in the carboplatin group,and 31.11%in the nedaplatin group.The difference was not signifi cant;15 cases of vomiting in the cisplatin group,19 cases of leukopenia or neutropenia,and 18 cases of anemia;14 cases of vomiting in the carboplatin group,20 cases of leukopenia or neutropenia,19 cases of anemia;16 cases of vomiting in the nedaplatin group,22 cases of leukopenia or neutropenia,18 cases of anemia,three groups of adverse reaction rates no obviously different.Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with platinum drugs for the treatment of metastatic triple-negative breast cancer is effective and safe.The effi cacy and safety of cisplatin,carboplatin,nedaplatin and gemcitabine are not signifi cant,and can be used for metastasis three.Tumor suppression in vaginal breast cancer.
