艾司西酞普兰联合氨磺必利或奥氮平治疗老年性抑郁症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾司西酞普兰联合氨磺必利或奥氮平治疗老年性抑郁症的临床效果。方法研究资料均选择本院于2016年6月至2018年6月收治的老年性抑郁症患者76例,依据治疗方案分组各38例,观察组和对照组分别采用艾司西酞普兰联合氨磺必利治疗、艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗,观察两组用药不同阶段抑郁程度变化,观察药物治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组与对照组治疗有效率分别为97.37%、81.58%,差异显著,P<0.05;治疗前及治疗2周两组患者HAMD评分均偏高,且比较无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后4周、6周及8周观察组HAMD评分明显降低,且改善程度与对照组比较优势明显,P<0.05;观察组不良反应率7.89%与对照组26.32%比较明显更低,P<0.05。结论针对老年性抑郁症患者采用艾司西酞普兰与氨磺必利联合治疗效果显著,是促使患者抑郁程度尽快改善,且不良反应率少,具有药物安全性高优势,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of escitalopram combined with amisulpride or olanzapine in the treatment of senile depression.Methods Sixty-six patients with senile depression admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.All the 38 patients were treated according to the treatment plan.The observation group and the control group were combined with escitalopram.Amisulpride treatment,escitalopram combined with olanzapine treatment,observed changes in depression at different stages of the two groups of medication,observed drug treatment effects and adverse reactions.Results The effective rates of observation group and control group were 97.37%and 81.58%,respectively,and the difference was signifi cant,P<0.05.The HAMD scores of the two groups were higher before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,and there was no signifi cant difference,P>0.05;after treatment The HAMD scores of the observation group were signifi cantly lower at 4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks,and the improvement degree was signifi cantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 7.89%,which was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group 26.32%,P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of escitalopram and amisulpride is effective in the treatment of senile depression patients.It is to promote the improvement of depression degree as soon as possible,and the adverse reaction rate is low.It has high drug safety and is worthy of promotion.
