宫瘤清胶囊联合他莫昔芬治疗绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析宫瘤清胶囊联合他莫昔芬对绝经期子宫肌瘤进行治疗的临床效果,以方便为临床的治疗工作提供有价值的依据。方法本文研究对象均来自我院在2017年4月至2018年10月收治的绝经期子宫肌瘤患者,共选择84例作为研究对象按照随机方法将所有患者分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组,每组平均为42例。两组患者进行基础治疗,常规治疗组选择采用他莫昔芬进行治疗,联合治疗组则采用宫瘤清胶囊,联合他莫昔芬进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果评价并比较两组患者的治疗总有效率,常规治疗组为76.19%(32/42),联合治疗组为95.24%(40/42),P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;常规治疗组不良反应发生率为16.67%(7/42),联合治疗组为19.05%(8/42),P>0.05,不具有统计学意义;常规治疗组治疗以后的子宫体积为(117.2±13.1)mm^3,肌瘤体积为(34.2±11.5)mm^3,联合治疗组治疗以后分别为(105.4±11.3)mm^3和(23.1±11.2)mm^2,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论临床在治疗绝经期子宫肌瘤时,通过对宫瘤清胶囊联合他莫昔芬的应用可以有效的提升患者的治疗有效率,同时具有一定的安全性,帮助患者改善子宫体积和肌瘤体积,帮助患者恢复激素水平和炎性因子水平,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Gongliuqing capsule combined with tamoxifen in the treatment of menopausal uterine fi broids,so as to provide valuable basis for clinical treatment.Methods The subjects of this study were all menopausal patients with uterine fi broids admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018.A total of 84 cases were selected as subjects.All patients were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group and the combined treatment group,with an average of 42 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with basic therapy,the conventional treatment group was treated with tamoxifen,while the combined treatment group was treated with Gongliuqing capsule and tamoxifen,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was evaluated and compared,76.19%(32/42)in the conventional treatment group and 95.24%(40/42)in the combined treatment group,P<0.05,indicating a statistically signifi cant difference.The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67%(7/42)in the conventional treatment group and 19.05%(8/42)in the combined treatment group,with P>0.05,which was not statistically signifi cant.After treatment,the uterine volume of the conventional treatment group was(117.2±13.1)mm3,and the fi broid volume was(34.2±11.5)mm3.After treatment,the uterine volume of the combined treatment group was(105.4±11.3)mm3 and(23.1±11.2)mm2,respectively.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of menopausal uterine fi broids,the application of Gongliuqing capsule combined with tamoxifen can effectively improve the treatment effi ciency of patients,and at the same time,it has certain safety,helping patients to improve uterine volume and fi broid volume,and helping patients to restore hormone levels and infl ammatory factor levels,which is worthy of promotion.
