地衣芽孢杆菌ZSZ6高效降解羽毛产氨基酸条件的优化

摘　　要：探究了外加碳源和氮源、温度、初始pH值、装液量、羽毛量、接种量等因素对地衣芽孢杆菌ZSZ6降解羽毛产游离氨基酸的影响,得出的最适发酵条件为:温度37℃,初始pH 7.0,装液量125 mL/250 mL三角瓶,羽毛含量5%(w/v),接种量2%(v/v),转速180 r/min。在上述条件下摇床培养5~9 d,测得降解液中游离氨基酸含量为19.5 g/L,羽毛降解率达到70%以上。表明,利用地衣芽孢杆菌ZSZ6可有效降解废弃羽毛。The effects of different fermentation conditions on feather degradation for free amino acids production such as additional carbon,nitrogen sources,temperature,initial PH,liquid volume,feather volume and inoculation volume,etc.were investigated.The result showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were as follows:temperature 37℃,initial pH 7.0,liquid volume 125 mL/250 mL triangular flask,feather content 5%(w/v),inoculation amount 2%(v/v)and rotation speed 180 r/min.The content of free amino acid in the degradation solution was 19.5 g/L and the feather degradation rate was above 70%after 5~9 days of shaking culture under the above conditions.It indicated that Bacillus licheniformis ZSZ6 can effectively degrade waste feathers.
