摘  要:针对1000 kV特高压变电站1000 kV高压电抗器中性点套管发热故障,通过分析套管结构、油化验结果、套管安装过程等,确定套管过热原因为局部放电或者电流致热。提出在现场安装过程中,要严格执行产品安装工艺要求,保证安装到位等建议,以保障设备运行安全。The overheating problem of neutral bushing of 1000 kV high voltage reactor at the 1000 kV UHV substation is studied in this paper.The cause of overheating is analyzed through analysis of the bushing structure,installation process and oil test results.The cause of casing overheating is partial discharge or heat induced by current.The maintenance and operation of this type of bushing,as strictly implementing the product installation process requirements and ensuring the installation in place during the on-site installation,are presented to ensure the safty of operation for equipments.
