松风F00与3Mz350xt修复牙体楔状缺损的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨松风流体树脂(松风F00)与3Mz350xt光固化纳米树脂修复牙颈部楔状的疗效。方法选取襄阳职业技术学院附属医院口腔科2017年1月1日至2017年12月31日共87例牙楔状缺损患者154颗患牙进行效果追踪调查。结果随访2年,松风流体树脂修复效果高于3M固体树脂,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论松风流体树脂用于修复楔状缺损患牙具有良好的密合性,充填物不易脱落,且外形美观,受到广大患者欢迎。Objective:Comparison of the effect of Songfeng F00 and 3mz350xt in repairing wedge-shaped defect of tooth.Methods:The study selected 87 patients with wedge-shaped defects from January 1,2017 to December 31,2017,and 154 teeth were followed up.Results:After 2 years follow-up,the effect of Songfeng liquid resin was better than that of 3m solid resin,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Songfeng fluid resin in the restoration of wedge-shaped defect teeth has a good fit,the filling is not easy to fall off,and the shape is beautiful,which is welcomed by patients.
